Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will then receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delays may occur due to high volume of orders, customs clearance and/or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Free shipping is offered for orders over 250 AED.

The estimated delivery period is within 2 to 4 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan & Lebanon.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Free shipping is offered for orders over 500 AED.

The estimated delivery period is within 6 to 7 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moremo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. It is the customer's responsibility to handle this situation, should it occur.

If the shipment arrives at the destination and is ready for delivery or collection, and the customer refuses the shipment or fails to receive it within the carrier's retention period (21 days), the shipment will be returned to origin. Shipping and return charges, and any applicable handling or customs fees, will be deducted from the customer's invoice value, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from our courier partner Aramex, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items purchased through the website. Any cancellations can only be done twenty-four (24) hours from the purchasing date in order to receive the total purchase price. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
